Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for this event organized by Merge Production, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in this event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Merge Production, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of my participation in this event.

Medical Consent: I authorize event personnel to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary and accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
